Golden hour

Another day of mundane jobs. Culminating in an appointment with the Learning Disability Mental Health team. Our first adult appointment for (not so) little one.

It left him tired and anxious but the doctor was nice and I felt confident.

He's gone out with his carer now (after A LOT of persuasion) so at least we get an hour or so downtime.
