trying not to smile

Our resident brownie who was telling me all about the goings on in her group, the Moles. Apparently the rest of the Moles all have boyfriends and most are on the verge of getting engaged. Eve found this both hilarious and impressive but wondered if they might change their minds about marriage during their 11 year engagements. “Well that might get awkward if you have to sit next to them in numeracy and you’re not sure about the wedding!” The mind boggles.

Gratefuls:

1. Joyful and lovely Isaac despite teeth and dribbles;
2. Zeke being quietly pleased that we made his favourite flapjack whilst he was at preschool;
3. A nice conversation with an old friend in Tesco.
