At last they stayed

The bullfinches have been in and out of the garden for the last few weeks but never settle for long but at dusk the male and the female turned up together to feast on the forget-me-not seeds.
It’s David’s birthday but he was working all day so we’ll celebrate properly at the weekend. Richard and Ronnie popped over though and stayed for dinner.
Another drizzly day, seems to be a while since we’ve seen sunshine !
