Egyptian style juice bar

First day of a new term and my classes are good. I have 15-16 year olds and adults. Some of the adults are from last term and I’m glad to be teaching them again.

Started the day with a swim, it was a cooler morning. Only 40C at 8.30am and even at 10.30 it was a bit cooler at 44.

Grabbed a juice from this little place near where I’ll be working next month. They’re very popular all over Egypt and there’s many here. Freshly made, with whatever blend you want.
