Nice weather at last

Today was a good day weather-wise.  We walked from Wengen up to Kleine Scheidegg getting increasingly annoyed by the relentless passage of sight-seeing helicopters every two minutes or so.   

This is a Unesco World Heritage site so how are they allowed to do this considering the noise nuisance and un-greenness of the whole activity.  It's a scandal and I have been moved to tweet @unesco about it.   And to think that they threatened to take Cumbria's recently acquired world heritage status away because of some 4x4 drivers   Grrrr!!   

This picture shows the view up the valley from our campsite.  Extra is of some lovely crocuses up on the alps.
