I wasn't tempted.

It was the day of the car service. I was up bright and early in order to get to Carlisle for 0830. I managed to get there before my allotted time and had taken a book to read while they put my car through tests, inspections and draining and topping up various liquids.
I was fortunate to get a waiting appointment that would take three hours. Before I got engrossed in my book I decided I would record my visit by way of taking a blip.
Various sales people were asking customers if they could give them free quotes against new cars. They didn't ask me, probably because of the book, but I wasn't interested. The car I have is very economical, fast enough for me and is very cheap in the road tax department. What more could a chap ask for.
