Not a cloud in the sky.

Another cracking day.
First on the list a 5.2 mile hill run with Tony (brother-in-law). An ex-marine who knows no pain!! Followed by a bike ride to local park for a spot of lunch with Karen, very nice too. An amazing weekend which i'm sad to say is nearing the end.
