Catching a glimpse of his mama

Christmas is excellent but exhausting. Everything is go go go and this boy is al grow grow grow. Bit of an all or nothing day today, we've done some last minute shopping, some cleaning, and some emergency loft diving...yes, loft diving.


Nanny came over to look after the boy for a while so that we could go up into the loft to find the rest of the 6-9month stash. He was fitting into some of he 3-6 vests and long sleepsuits but not any more and he was beginning to look porky :) Sadly we had less than we thought so we'll have to go shopping. While we were there we put the carrycot away (where is my tiny baby?) and dug out the pram seat unit. It says "from 6 months" on it but he fits in it beautifully. Sob sob sob!

He was playing with nanny here, showing her how he can hold some of his toys and even let go in order to pick up another toy. I sneaked up behind the sofa to try and take a photo of them playing and he caught sight of me and smiled :)

Gah, have I mentioned lately how much I love this boy <3
