growing up

Zeke seems more grown up by the day at the moment, I’m finding the prospect of him being at school in September pretty daunting - he makes our house fun. But then watching from the balcony as he whacked a poor child in his swim class, I could see there might be benefits as he learns to navigate relationships and stretch his brain. (And appropriate boundaries)! It amazes me how much they learn and develop in such tiny portions of time.

Gratefuls:

1. The joy of Zeke;
2. Finding activities to fill a rainy day with a very clingy baby - we did a lot of dancing to Zeke’s favourite tunes and Zeke was grateful for a bit of a chilled time indoors;
3. Raspberries - one of the fruits each of the children attacks with gusto.
