Oystercatcher chick

Not the best photo as it didn't want to stay still and it did want to keep away from me. I have been to look a few times and decided that the gulls must have got them all. However this morning I spotted this chick with it's parents. I think it is the only survivor but hopefully it will reach adulthood. 

The next nest down is still in eggs and i wonder if they will hatch as the bird is frequently off it's nest.
