In a Flapjack

It feels like I’ve got a lot to do. I’ve spent 5 days planning and writing reports, I’ve got to tidy the house and finish preparing Lady B’s room for Saturday and now I’ve got 2 days of teaching ahead of me and I don’t even know what I’m teaching.
Still, I made time to make the boys their usual tray of ‘Le Mans Flapjack’. It’s the Nigella recipe and therefore full of butter, sugar and syrup.
Right, back to work.
