Edinburgh university

Today we travelled up to Scotland to visit universities' open days. First up Edinburgh. The picture is from the anatomy lecture theatre, where Charles Darwin apparently studied for a while.
It was a busy day looking around the various campus areas, going between on coaches. The medical school is attached to the actual hospital, at Little France as they call it.

Then we had a curry at Mosque kitchen, another Edinburgh institution, still going strong.

Backpacker hostel was good, we got a room upgrade as the TV didn't work in the first room. We were pretty knackered after getting up at 3 am to travel to the airport.
