Dodging The Rain

For today’s walk Clare, Gussie and I were accompanied by Sam. Just a short walk as Gussie seems a little reluctant though!
The old muddy ‘Captains Walk’ has been partially covered with pressed sand to make a footpath so no more muddy paw prints.
Coffee and cake on Swanpool Beach before following the path to the rear of Swanpool itself.
I saw the swans and cygnets but distracted Gussie long enough to get her across the road leaving Clare and Sam to oooh and aaah.
Home for an earlier than normal dinner.
