Extra daylight

Today Kara decided that she, too, needs extra daylight to deal with the S.A.D. which is so prevalent in Scotland. She spent 20 minutes light-bathing in front of the SAD light and then went about her normal day. She obviously has read the instructions, which says you should sit 50 cm away from it, for 20-30 minutes at a time.

Did a bit of research to check that this is safe for dogs, and there doesn't seem to be any information on it, but I'm a great believer that animals have pretty reliable instincts on what is good for them.
