Pigeon parachute

Food bank in the morning. Then we met up with Sue and John and walked to the Nothe Fort. Interesting as ever, and in particular the matchstick models of boats with their maker on site. We also enjoyed reading about the pigeons parachuted into France during the war. Tough questions at the quiz night in the evening - we went with John and Martin.
