really forced myself out for a run tonight after a shitty day where I didn’t even get outside for a walk or lunch. I ended up running four miles so that makes up for it...feel better too.

beth got more piercings in her ear today. three in a row on the top front bit...actually looks quite nice. hopefully she won’t get another tattoo....who am I kidding, she probably already has.
