Sea Thrift (WFW19_10)

We changed our plans and have come to the Solway coast just South of Annan - and what a find! Neither of us has been to this part of Scotland previously.  We are on a small campsite around 200metres from the beach with a view out to Caldbeck in the Lakes and what we are guessing is Skiddaw and Blencathra. The beach is flat and virtually empty - see the extra - but when we took a look around this afternoon we came across these grassy tumps with sea thrift growing on them. I thought that might do for Wild Flower Week :-)

Commenting might be very sparse as there is only mobile connectivity and blippery appears to go through the data at quite a rate.
