Switzerland

We have moved on to the Berner Oberland at Lauterbrunnen where we are staying in a nice campsite in a stunning location below a 1000 ft cliff.  Only problem is that it is pouring with rain with very low cloud.

We came here in February when we went skiing in Wengen which we can see from our campsite (when the cloud clears)

The weather is forecast to clear on Thursday so we will wait here with baited breath.   Probably another wet walk for us tomorrow.

It's a gorgeous location.  The only thing that lets down this campsite is the fact that they have been muck spreading nearby recently with the resulting pong infiltrating everything!

The wild flowers are lovely.  I liked this little hut which we can see from our pitch.   The sheer cliff behind it is amazing.   Apparently they do base jump parachuting from the top above us.
