Early

Well, it did turn out to be an unusual day. 

One of my colleagues had been behaving very strangely last week while I was away, and she went home yesterday after 90 minutes. Her behaviour made us worry about her welfare. Her plan yesterday was to see a psychic.

She did not come in today, but her mother and flatmate did. It was a big relief to learn they were aware of the situation and taking steps to get her to a doctor. Later in the day she confirmed she has been to her doctor and has been signed off work for a while. 

It was also unusual because I was over at the harbour before 6am, drinking coffee and hoovering up possible Blips. 

Cycling to and from work on consecutive days is also unusual for this summer. 

The rest of the day was routine, I suppose.
