A safe landing

This morning, Lucy, our dog, had an appointment at the vet for a dental inspection. She was going to have a general anaesthetic which meant no breakfast for her!
To fill in the time, I took her on a walk round Pitfour Lake where I heard this swan taking a short flight.
Lucy had to have a tooth out and scaling etc.
I wonder if that hurt more than the bill for £350 !!!!
She seems just fine now and is enjoying some soft macaroni.
