Honda Motorcycle Ignition Work

Yesterday Chris received the new ignition parts for his 1971 Honda CL 350 that we are rebuilding.

We put all the new parts together to test the system last evening.

By 10pm we had very fat sparks at both plugs.

The new coils are mounted differently so Chris will fabricate the new mounting plates today or tomorrow.

Maybe New Year's Day we can light a fire in this motor ;-)

The sound of this engine's exhaust rumble would be an excellent way to ring in the new year!
