"Sometimes I have to be rude when people violate my own copyright. And what work? I'm the one who spent over three hours shooting and editing. You took my picture, without my permission, and spent a half hour perhaps 45 minutes screwing around in photoshop. Then supposedly gave me credit, which by the way was a small link at the bottom of your description. Oh and then after that you get over 300 views 35 comments and 17 faves for MY HARD WORK??! And if you really look at the comments most people don't even mention MY picture, which means that people think that the work was yours when it was MINE.
No that is not hard work. And you think I have a lot to learn? No you do."
What I totally should have told him. But I didn't I was too chicken =/

sorry sorry for the above rant just needed to write them down. I also kinda wanted to explain why the mood is so dark in this photo. I usually try not to bring this kind of stuff up in my photos but this one just made me so angry. I mean this persons explanation for violating my rights was that he is an "established photographer" and "well respected". Whatever. And sorry for bringing in page views in the above rant, I just hated it that he got so much exposure for something I worked hard on.
(oh by the way this was a problem I had on flickr not here, I love all you guys)

Anyways I had a lovely day other than that and I am sooo happy it's friday.
