Out just after eight and back just after ten. A short and easy ride taking in Chathill, Craster, Embleton and Low Newton By The Sea. Perfect.

Said goodbye to my folks after lunch and headed back to Edinburgh, the car rocking to the Guardians Of The Galaxy soundtrack. An evening of Criterium De Dauphine, Handmaids Tale and Killing Eve followed. I even stayed awake for the vast majority of it.
