Velvet peonies

Today was a bank holiday here, pfingstmonstag = whitmonday or peony monday I guess...

Little miss bossy went to the free (but rubbish, apparently) music festival 1 train stop along from us*) with most of her school year and we went to friends for an impromptu dinner...and then the heavens opened & we had to rescue LMB from the train station & Jakey from the cellar.
