Waterfall Trail
Wet start to the day so we had a bit of a lazy morning in our holiday cottage.
Midmorning we headed to the Lodge Visitor Centre set within the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park.
Picked up some leaflets on the walks within the park and decided to sample one of their gentler walks, the Waterfall Trail passing on the way the sculpture dedicated to the work of the Lumber Jills (extra) and these rather mysterious fiqures.
These we particularly liked.
Taking the Duke's Pass we travelled over to loch Achray and along to Callandar for lunch and a wander about.
