JCB Outside The House

Ok, ok, so it is not actually a JCB, but it rolls of the tongue better than Caterpillar 428C Backhoe Loader….

The council are resurfacing the footpaths in our daughter’s street and this was this the scene outside her house just after lunch - trouble is she was upstairs in the front bedroom trying to sleep after a weekend of night shifts and she was not pleased! I was there in a childminder / babysitter capacity!

I did manage a short walk with Finlay at 6 a.m. then left home at 7 to head off to daughter’s house. I also walked her dogs whilst I was there, they normally go out early in the morning but as she was at work her husband wasn’t able to take them as he was looking after the children!

Emily (youngest granddaughter) is getting very adventurous - she can stand up against things and is almost walking. We think she may miss out the crawling stage. Today she was enjoying the activity centre, see extra
