Gliding Gracefully

Not a breath of wind, not a ripple on the Heritage Park loch and this Greylag goose paddled by.

After filling up the car with petrol I decided to nip along to the loch to see if there was a sign of any cygnets ..... the short answer is NO! The male swan was keeping close to the island but owing to the vast amount of foliage it's impossible to see whether or not the female is still sitting on the nest.
