New Wall Old Hook

This hook is covered with a lovely layer of rust and it was possibly painted a one point judging by the bits that are still clinging on.  It looks a bit odd that such a rusty hook has been put in a new looking wall but I'm guessing it was still very functional so why waste it.  It's no longer used and looks like the gate had been removed and replaced with fencing instead.
