The Roses Are Winning.

A few years ago, a couple of roses appeared in the centre of our long hedge. Nobody had planted them. Now each year the roses are spreading and I hope they continue to do so as this is the view from my computer/spare bedroom window. This morning it poured with rain as I walked to the clinic for a leg ulcer check up, and it is almost healed. I got soaked, even with a brolly so dried off a  bit in the baby changing room before seeing the nurse. The rain has just stopped and I am home and dry so a blip from the window as I'm too cosy with the heating on, to go out again.
