have got no work done today due to someone telling the Mister that she's (she actually said 'we' - how many people is that?) would be coming to see me - i have no idea who this person might be - but really don't creep up on me - i like to have some sensible warning so i can put some make up on - clean the bathroom up a bit, hoover etc.  i work from home 7 days a week - i don't live the way that people who have proper jobs do - we live more like students.  we go to bed at 2 or 3 in the morning and i could be taking a nap at any time of day.  

some time after 6 this morning we got a phone call - panic!!! one of our family must be ill, dying or dead.  it was a text thing - i don't do text messages to my landline - and it was 'blank'!  was it this mystery friend?  we got up and did some cleaning just in case.....all for nothing.  what is wrong with people.  knowing what we do, ring a week before and say would it be ok if...

never ring me and say: 
what are you doing? 
Me: working really hard it's tourist season
can we pop in?
Me: errr ok, when, where are you?
LOL at your gate!

NO NO NO!

Me:  how lovely  (sh*t!)
