Another Busy Day

Busy day completing the clearing of the house.. 

The Sofa was off to a new home but didn't want to fit out through the front hallway so.. question is how did it get in? - We guessed it must have been brought it in through the garden and patio doors... shame we had no keys for either..  after dismantling the patio door lock and working out how to get it open (finally!) we found a new friend hiding (see extra) a false widow spider I think..??

The Garage door was sealed closed and hadn't been opened for decades.. but we gave it a go... had to cut off the padlock on the outside in the end (no keys to be found!) - Felt a bit like a scene from Raiders of the lost arc as we finally creaked the door open - just needed my whip and fedora :)

Eventually the sofa (and chair) got delivered.. the cooker went and a large number of power tools.. the house may actually now be 'done' empty and ready for new owners to start a life there...
