Visited Ludstone Hall today, owned by Keith Smith who founded Poundland. After visiting went to the local church at Claverley- fascinating place cause there are some wall paintings which date back to about1200 - the Charlemagne Trust are interested in. Too many pics to add to today so chose this - the effigies of Sir Robert Broke, Ann Waring and Dorothy Gatacre his two wives. Both places worth a visit though Ludstone only opened one day per year
