Going Up

Afternoon all,

2 Technicians to a tanker today....this is how they board......a peek through the skylight....up the rope ladder halfway, step across to the ships gangway.....ok when flat calm but when windy, chucking it down with rain and the waves rolling in....a brave person to go for it.
Extra is just to try show the height, some are worse than others.
