Rhubarb and Ginger Gin

A busy and productive day...That's what happens when you have to take your mum to the airport at 5.30am.

No one was on the roads this morning so I was surprised to meet a deer trotting down the main road out of town. Sadly too busy driving to catch a shot of it.

Home for lots of gardening and lunch with dad. I've also managed to start off some rhubarb and ginger gin as my friend gave me some of her rhubarb. Yum!

Must go and tidy the kitchen. Not sure I can stay awake much longer!
