Hide and seek!

We were at Castle Espie this morning, on the lookout for chicks!! Can you see the chick under this gull? I struggled to decide which photo to blip, I was surprised at how many chicks I managed to get considering I was using the camera on my phone. So as a result of my indecision, I have added some extras - including the robin who posed so beautifully, the swallow visiting the nest, and some spot the chick photos!
It was a lovely sunny morning at Castle Espie, but as I post this, it is tipping it down with rain! Hopefully it will stop soon, we were planning to walk to the Smugglers Table for Sunday lunch :-)
