Imperial War Museum, Duxford

Said our goodbyes to our fabulous cottage, feeling well rested (and well fed...)

Driving back saw a sign for the Imperial War Museum at Duxford and thought, hmmm, that'd be good! Don't know why we hadn't thought of it earlier - a great place to spend an afternoon, gawping at huge planes suspended from ceilings, walking through Concorde, touching Scud missiles etc. Full of men and boys with smiles on their faces, and very patient wives and girlfriends (although Mrs DP claims she really enjoyed it!)
