Drilling rig

Looks like a new well is being drilled at the Fulford Hall. The man who owns the truck drilled the well on our property about 30 years ago while the subdivision was being developed. This might be the same rig! 
A good walk this morning.  Changed directions a couple of times and three times I passed two young men who were jogging. The first two times, we said ,"Hello!" then "Hello again!" The third time, we had a brief conversation. They're visiting from Vancouver and commented that the pace of life is so different here, and nighttime is so quiet and dark. I told them that G's sister had trouble sleeping here because it is so quiet and dark. Nice to have these unexpected interactions. We're off to visit some neighbours for afternoon tea so I'm glad to get an early blip.
Extra: I spotted a heron in Fulford Creek but couldn't get closer for a good shot. There's a fairly steep bank and no path down.
