Saturday

I only went out to the supermarket today, so again this is at the bottom of my stair. 
I have spent the afternoon feeling lightheaded, with a sore and thumping chest, and wonky breathing. 
I have slept and been lying on the sofa. 
I'm back down to day 0 with cutting :(
