Fledged female kestrel.

This morning I made a dash to the park between showers and in gusty winds just to see what the kestrels were up to. No one appeared to be at home in "their" tree, I walked to the next tree and spotted this little one perched quite high up out of the wind. Minutes later she flew off to yet another tree, so is fully fledged now. One can see she is a youngster as she still has remnants of down on her head and wings.
