Estuary

We celebrated our arrival in Nelson with a visit to town to plot the Coffee shops as detailed by TLM. There is a grrreat choice and we may struggle to get round them all but The Bossess says she will give it her best shot and she will.
This afternoon was walkies. I don't get quite so excited as big T about this but the Boss consulted his iPhone and the nice lady (Siri?) gave us step by step directions to Rabbit Island. Not that we needed them but is was fun to see if the Tech worked and it did. It was really funny to hear the lady attempt Motueka but we forgave her and had a laugh.
We walked on a forest track from the car park to the ferry crossing on the Mapua river and then back on the beach and of course past this at the estuary. 9 Kms was enough to get The Bossess new Christmas toy cheerful. Sorry details embargoed for the duration. Off to The Hobbit tonight and although I have asked for 3D glasses it appears that they are not available in my size.
Oh yes and not a single one seen...Rabbits that is. Wonder why they called it that?
