Lara's little friend

Girls are getting really excited, christmas is almost here.
Miss Maddie is asking a lot of questions regarding santa and how he manages to do all the things in one night, and how can he fit down our chimney when it is so small and how does he get out when there is a glass door,(we have a wood heater) Bailee is equally curious piping up with how come we only leave out one carrot, he has eight reindeers, Lara just takes it at face value and is actually not scared this year.

I have been dishing out lemons to the girls when they have been a bit naughty or fighting. They get put into their sacks, and if they get to many santa will not be able to fit any presents in there. When Bailee got her first lemon she cried like the world was ending. The second and third had less impact, but still a few tears were shed. Lara has four at the moment and Miss Maddie has none in there yet. Maddie is very good at avoiding trouble, is it age or personality???

I have lots of wrapping up to do, I hope I can talk Ben into giving me a hand.
I might sip on some nice red wine and sort out the loot.
