Feeling hot...

Well, I’m located where it said 36C, but do I believe that? No way! Felt much hotter, and even on the beach, you could tell it was more than 36... you only have to go a few hundred metres inland and it jumps to 46...

I’m lucky I have good aircon and good facilities, not all the foreign workers do...

My phone powered down while I was using it poolside today... too hot.

A good training session then pool, reading, pool, reading... jumping in every 20-30 mins to stay cool. I was seated on the shady side of the pool.. many were sunbaking...

They say it’ll be hotter next month...
