Maroochydore

Day two in Brissy, slightly later wake up today, we were in the car by 830! Mark and Lorna took me up the coast past the very intriguing Glass House mountains to Maroochydore, which is their holiday spot in Brisbane. A really pleasant environment up there, went for a walk on a few beaches and had a picnic on an island.

The idea was to hire some sit-on-top kayaks and paddle the river, but the weather was so Chang's le and I wasn't feeling 100%. It was one of those days where the hoodies come on and off and then you find the shade, then it's quickly putting the hoodie and sweater on together and running for cover from the rain.

Back down the coast to Brisbane and out to the Kenmore with Lorna Mark Ben Alex and Meika to celebrate Ben's birthday.
