Little jewels
What a lot of rain we had this morning and some more of the same late afternoon. The gardens have enjoyed it but not so sure about my blue tits feeding their young.
I had to go for an appointment this afternoon as I found another lump in my breast two weeks ago, 7 years to the day in 2012 when I found a rogue lump which turned out to be cancer. This time I was more fortunate as it was confirmed as a node which has been identified before and is no cause for concern, what a relief. The thought of repeat surgery was not a welcome one.
This is a quick shot of a couple of Astrantia flowers which shine like little jewels and are my entry this week for flower Friday.
