Rowardennan pier

Believe it or not, this was taken at 3.30 in the afternoon and is in colour, although it looks exactly the same in mono. Atmospheric perhaps, but I'm wishing I'd made the effort to go there this morning while the sun was blazing and there wasn't a cloud to be seen.

From this pier it's possible to take the ferry the short distance across to Inverbeg on the west side of Loch Lomond. Very handy for those walkers who don't want to do the whole of the West Highland Way.
