Much-needed

Today started off well. We drove to the Outlaws house in SE London and had lunch, swapped presents and drank bubbles. Everything was fine until we wanted to go home.

Someone had lost the car key. A search ensued, taking in the house and its environs. Ok 'cept it was dark. And the key is black. No joy.

Police couldn't help and a replacement would cost money and take until 4 tomorrow to turn up. SCREAM. Then I remembered I had a spare. At home in the back garden in between the wall and the decking. Dropped accidentally last summer.

We borrowed the Outlaws' car to drive home and hope to prize up the decking tomorrow. Hopefully the worms will have left the key alone and we can bring the car back. Anyway, I was given these sweeties today and when I finally got home sans car, they were MUCH needed :D
