One man and his dog...

...went, not to mow a meadow, but to walk along the beach! The dog was delightful, very friendly and eager to sprinkle us liberally with sea water whilst trying to persuade us to play with his tennis ball, and his apologetic owner was happy to pose for me.

Lovely evening walk, such a contrast to a day in meetings. And a bonus - we were taking the MiL home, she'd spent the day with J and had dinner with us when I got home from work, then we drove her home and decided to go to her flat via the nearby beach so as to get me a blip. I'd thought it would be the beach huts, but the light wasn't right - took lots of pics the sea instead!
