Why I like the Lakedistrict

I took my Wife to school and then decided to go to Embleton and take some images before the start of the U3A photography group meeting. The sun was about, between the moving clouds, from time to time. So seeing as I was very early I could afford to wait for the right conditions, I parked up a short distance from where I took this shot. I didn't have to wait all that long when the yellow orb in the sky popped out from behind a cloud, there was quite a bit of blue sky so I knew I would have time to walk to the nearby field gate where I took this landscape view.
