Peace

I started with yet another cold yesterday so didn't join the ladies on the early walk this morning, but once I was up and dressed had a lovely walk up to the waterfall. While I was enjoying the birdsong and the waterfall this lady arrived and got her book out and settled down for a read. What a good spot to choose.
Did some gardening when I got back, then after lunch I went to have my nails done, did some food shopping and then went to the hairdressers. Got home put the shopping away and then went to Yoga. Glad the cold hasn't stopped me today!
