Shameless Self Promotion

Invigorating aqua aerobics with the lovely Karen, then a mad dash over to Ashby to get my painful corn removed at the podiatrists, then back to Shepshed for my routine eye test. I had enough time to grab double egg, beans and chips at Meet n Eat. I was really hungry.

Took up the Shepshed Community Eye magazine, and guess what, my achievement is broadcast on the front cover. They must be direfully short of news. My press release virtually unchanged. They included my phone number but nobody's rung. There's a surprise.
